Accounts are created by Natama Group administrators. There is no public registration.

Browse locations, photos, facilities and the price of every available room.

Ask a question or arrange a visit through WhatsApp or the contact form.

The manager records your details, uploads your ID and sets your move-in date.

You are given a username and password for the tenant portal. There is no self registration.

Bills are issued automatically each period and can be paid by QRIS or bank transfer.

Reminders go out before and after the due date, in the language each tenant prefers.
